BRAND NEW! "Salty on Second" offers everything you need for a fun and memorable getaway! Step in and discover a meticulous interior that provides everything you need for your stay. With plenty of room to entertain your family and friends you will find an open area on the inside with space to prepare meals and a luxurious patio and yard on the outside to watch the kids play or throw a tennis ball for your 4 legged friend(s). As the day winds down, spend time soaking in the hot tub or making smores with the kids in the fire pit. Or just relax watching your favorite movie or show in the screened in Florida room. Don't forget to grab your ice cold drink in the mini fridge. For those that desire to spend an evening out, rest assured just minutes away are your favorite local eatery's and ice cream shops. For those that are traveling with trailers, campers or motorcycles, there is ample space to park and unhook. Store your motorcycles in the attached garage for security and weather. Even traveling with an RV is no problem! Layout: As you walk in through the front door you will be greeted by an open concept. Immediately to your left will be the dining area and to the right you will find a coat closet and the living room area. To your left, off of the dining area, you will find the kitchen equipped with all of your supplies to cook and entertain. As you continue through the kitchen on the left is the door to the garage. Continuing through the kitchen the sliding door will lead you to the screened in Florida room to host your family and friends. The Florida room is furnished with an "L" shaped couch and chair, flat screen TV and a mini fridge for your beverages. Off of the Florida Room you will find an expansive patio for entertaining, grilling your favorite BBQ on the provided built in gas grill or "Big Green Egg". Wind down with a soak in the hot tub and watch your dogs run free in the completely fenced in back yard! As you are back inside you will find the living area with a queen sleeper sofa (linens provided) and the Master Bedroom with a connected master bath. Unpack your belongings in the walk in closet. Luggage racks provided. Continuing down the hall you will find the 2nd bathroom and queen size guest bedroom that provides a sliding glass door to the Florida room. Unpack your belongings in the closet with provided luggage rack and shelving.
